Anita West, who practically sold out at the November, 2024 show will debut an entirely new theme of watercolors! Anita can transform a scene into something really sublime. It’s no wonder that she has a following dating back to the 1980s, when she had her Pushpin Gallery in downtown Santa Fe.
Once again, Anita will be the curator of the show. She has an extraordinary eye for the presentation and flow of art that causes viewers to say “WOW!”
Peter Chandler crafts the visual connection between wood and metal fasteners into dynamic sculptures that he describes as “a playful sense of motion, an optimistic flow of energy, a suggestion of conflict, or a harmonious vision.” We look forward to seeing Peter’s pieces.
Introducing art by Teri Caputo! I have long admired the paintings of Teri Caputo, a lover of birds. She often paints self-portraits with her famous operatic cockatiel named “Linus.” Teri’s paintings frequently feature birds, geese, and maidens with such elements such as hollyhocks, magpies, and corn stalks. What I really love is how Teri captures iconic elements of the Santa Fe bohemian woman. You will too!
And I, (Kerry Kirkpatrick) created a painting for this Valentine show called TEMPUS FUGIT (time flies) and a couple of new ceramic sculptures hot out of the kiln.
